汽車前減震器漏油維修介紹:
1. 檢查減震器是否漏油。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油,首先擰緊油缸蓋螺母,若減振器仍漏油,則可能是油封、密封墊圈損壞失效,應(yīng)更換新的密封件。如果仍然不能消除漏油,應(yīng)拉出減振桿,若感到有發(fā)卡或輕重不一時(shí),再進(jìn)一步檢查活塞與缸筒間的間隙是否過大,減振器活塞連桿有無彎曲,活塞連桿表面和缸筒是否有劃傷或拉痕。汽車減震器如果發(fā)生漏油現(xiàn)象,對(duì)于減震器而言,無疑是一件很危險(xiǎn)的事情。因此,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油,就要做出及時(shí)的補(bǔ)救措施。重點(diǎn)的檢查項(xiàng)目就在油封墊圈、密封墊圈破裂損壞,貯油缸蓋,檢查這些零部件是否出現(xiàn)螺母松動(dòng);
2. 如果減振器沒有漏油的現(xiàn)象,則應(yīng)檢查減振器連接銷、連接桿、連接孔、橡膠襯套等是否有損壞、脫焊、破裂或脫落之處。若上述檢查正常,則應(yīng)進(jìn)一步分解減振器,檢查活塞與缸筒間的配合間隙是否過大,缸筒有無拉傷,閥門密封是否良好,閥瓣與閥座貼合是否嚴(yán)密,以及減振器的伸張彈簧是否過軟或折斷,根據(jù)情況采取修磨或換件的辦法修理;
3. 另外,減振器在實(shí)際使用中會(huì)出現(xiàn)發(fā)出響聲的故障,這主要是由于減振器與鋼板彈簧、車架或軸相碰撞,膠墊損壞或脫落以及減振器防塵筒變形,油液不足等原因引起的,應(yīng)查明原因,予以修理。
